Replay is an online store based in Malta offering new and pre-owned video games, consoles, and accessories.
2. Orders & Purchases
- All orders placed online are subject to acceptance and availability
- Replay reserves the right to cancel any order if:
- The item is out of stock
- Payment is not completed
- There is an error in pricing or listing
- Prices may change without prior notice
3. Product Information
- Products may be new or pre-owned
- Images are for illustration purposes only
- Box contents and downloadable content may vary
- Cosmetic condition may differ for pre-owned items
Console grading:
- Boxed
- Unboxed
- Discounted
4. Warranty (Pre-Owned Items)
Covered:
- Faults within 30 days → replacement or refund
- Faults within 6 months → repair or replacement (if verified)
Consoles (Pre-Owned):
Pre-owned consoles are covered by a 6-month warranty.
- Faults within this period will be repaired or replaced, subject to inspection and verification
- If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund may be offered at Replay’s discretion
Not Covered:
- Physical or liquid damage
- Misuse, neglect, or accidental damage
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Software issues, jailbreaking, or firmware changes
- Damage caused by incorrect power supply or accessories
- Single-use codes (digital content, subscriptions)
Replay is not responsible for loss of data.
Customers must ensure all data is removed before returning items.
5. Delivery
- Delivery is available across Malta & Gozo
- Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days
- Customers must provide correct delivery details and contact information
Replay is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
6. Returns & Faults
- Faulty items must be reported within a reasonable time
- Items will be tested before any replacement or refund
- If no fault is found, the item will be returned
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued based on the original purchase value.
7. Selling to Replay
- Replay reserves the right to refuse any purchase
- Ownership transfers to Replay once a sale is completed
- You confirm you are the legal owner of items sold
If items are found to be stolen or counterfeit, legal action may be taken.
Payments:
- Cash / Bank Transfer / Trade
- Trade value may differ from cash offer
- Trade vouchers are non-transferable and have no cash value
8. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Not impersonate others
- Ensure compatibility of products with your equipment
9. Intellectual Property
